"Apykids Parental Control" and "Apykids Children" (collectively referred to as the "Applications"), and all services offered through the Applications (collectively, the "Services"). Additionally, this policy details your rights and choices concerning the collection and use of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users who engage with our Services (referred to as "Users" or "You"). Some of our Services are designed for children, and this privacy policy includes a specific section addressing Children's Privacy. However, some sections apply equally to the personal information of both children and adults. When this is the case, we make that distinction clear.

The "Apykids Children" app is designed for children and can be set up by either an adult or a child. If a child sets up the app, we first require a binding code from the Apykids Parental Control app. Both apps need to be used in conjunction with each other.

3.1. Child Users in the U.S. or Other Country

3.1.1. We prioritize the safety and privacy of children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verified consent from a parent or legal guardian. Some of our services are designed for children under 13, but they can only be used with significant parental involvement during the setup process (e.g., connecting the "Apykids Children" app with the parental "Apykids Parental Control" app) and after obtaining verified parental consent.

3.1.2.If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take prompt action to delete this information. Although this scenario is highly unlikely, if you are a parent or guardian and find out that your child under 13 has registered for our service without your consent, please contact us immediately at codayoapps@gmail.com. We will promptly delete your child's personal information from our systems and terminate any account they may have created.

3.1.3.We obtain verifiable parental consent through the email plus consent mechanism as required by COPPA. As a parent, you will be asked to provide your email address, where we will send a verification email and a consent request. During the setup of the "Apykids Parental Control" app, you will need to read and agree to the Terms of Service and privacy policy before connecting your child’s device with the "Apykids Children" app. The "Apykids Children" app cannot be used until you have clicked "Agree."

We will then send you a confirmation email acknowledging your consent and providing information on how you can revoke it.

3.2. All Child Users

3.2.1. Sharing Information

We may share or disclose a child's personal information with third-party service providers and business partners as detailed in our Privacy Policy. However, we do not use or allow third parties to use personal information from children under 13 for marketing or advertising purposes. 3.2.2. Sharing with Other Users

Information such as the child’s profile details, geolocation, usage statistics data will be shared with the parent via the "AirDroid Parental Control" app, provided it is connected to the same profile, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

To change or remove push notifications, visit your device's settings and select the appropriate options, or adjust your browser settings if you're accessing our websites. You can also stop receiving promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in those emails. However, you cannot opt-out of essential service-related messages (e.g., account verification, parental consent notices, order confirmations, service feature updates, technical and security alerts).

You have the right to withdraw your consent when your personal information is processed based on consent. To do this, contact us as outlined in the "Contact Us" section. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of any processing that took place before your consent was withdrawn.

However, if we are unable to fully address your request within this period due to the complexity or volume of requests, we may extend the timeframe by an additional two months.
